"As timing typically works, I noticed my HVAC system was not blowing cold air on one of those scorching summer days. We called Thompson Heating and Cooling, and Josh was here before I knew it to diagnose our problem and get our system back up and running. While he was on site, he gave me a full rundown of what he was doing and answered my questions along the way. In addition to getting cold air moving again, he was honest in the longevity of my system and gave me a rundown of what my next steps can be so I can plan better for the future. As part of the future plan, Josh came back and installed an attic fan for us to pull warm air out of the house and compliment the work the AC does (and keep it from working so hard). This is where I got to see what a FULL install from Thompson Heating and Cooling would look like - flawless. He took great care to keep debris in the work area and had that section of the house cleaner than it was when he started his day.
